Booking Conditions

Deposit of 138€ + 20€ booking fee: i.e. 158€
Means of Payment :
- Banker's card;
- Cash;
- Cheque;
- ANCV holiday cheque;

Payment
The balance of your stay shall be payable upon arrival, and a 230€ deposit is to be left. An inventory will be carried out prior to your departure. No discounts are applicable for late arrival or early departure. Means of payment : Cash/cheque/banker's card/ANCV.

Cancellation
All cancellations prior to 1st May shall be entitled to a 50% refund of the deposit. No monies shall be reimbursed after 1st May. We can offer you the chance if taking out cancellation insurance at the cost of 31€ (see conditions).

Arrival/Departure
Keys shall be made available as soon as the accommodation is free and cleaned, at 16.00pm at the earliest. Departure must take place by 10.00am at the latest. Cleaning is at the responsability of the occupants. Accommodation must be left in perfect condition both inside and in the immediate surroundings. Sheets and linen are not supplied. Duvets and pillows are provided.

Administrative Conditions
Presentation of some form of identification. Compulsory civil liability insurance.
